Discovery Fly Fishing strives to provide quality products and service to ensure your satisfaction. In the event you aren’t satisfied with an order, you may request to return item(s) in new condition within 30 days for a refund less shipping charges.

For items covered by a manufacturer warranty, items will need to be handled directly with the manufacturer through their warranty process.

REFUND POLICY

• Refunds will be made less any shipping fees.
• Returns must be within 30 days of order shipment.
• No returns on clearance items.
• No returns on gift certificates.
• All merchandise must be in absolute new condition, returned in their original package with any original tags attached.
• Fly lines that have been removed from their spool or installed on a reel cannot be returned for a refund.
• Reels with both backing and line incur a 25% restocking fee.

HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?

Within 30 days of your original order ship date, complete the following steps:

• Email support@discoveryflyfishing.com with your intent to return an item. Please include the following information to help us find your order information. This information can be found on your packing slip or the emailed order confirmation.
  • The original order number
  • Your full name
  • Your shipping address
  • Description of the item(s) being returned
  • Reason for return of the item(s)
• We will email you a return authorization number – package your product securely to avoid any damage and include a copy of the return authorization email and/or clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the box.
• Send your return back to the following address using the major carrier of your choice and save your tracking for reference if needed.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

For approved returns, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment. Discovery Fly Fishing will process the return within 3 business days. Credit card refunds typically take 3 to 5 days for payment processing to post back to your account.
